Jeff S. Turner practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, guardianship, and the representation of private and family-owned businesses. Jeff drafts wills, advises clients on asset protection matters, and prepares trust agreements, including Charitable Remainder Unitrusts (CRUTs), Grantor-Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts and Charitable Lead Trusts. Jeff received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1992. He also holds degrees (1989) from Southern Methodist University in both Finance (B.B.A.) and English (B.A.). Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He currently serves as a Trustee of the St. Thomas More Society, the Catholic lawyers' guild in Dallas. He has authored dozens of essays, opinions and editorials published or posted by DallasBlog.com, The Dallas Business Journal, CruxNews.com, The Dallas Morning News and other publications. Jeff also serves as a GOP Precinct Chairman in Dallas County. He is a past President and current member of the St. Vincent de Paul Conference at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas. |
